The source of Montana Academy’s clinical, academic and program excellence has always been its staff, which from the beginning has been distinctive in its professional education, clinical and academic training, and practical experience. Clinical, pedagogical and program staff training is on-going. Morale is high, turnover low.
The working goal among us is a collaborative integration of all our work with students and families. In weekly meetings of each team’s staff, therapist, teacher and team-leaders compare notes and together revise the plan for each student. In regular consultations about particular students, clinical supervisors for each team make use of the experience of the Academy’s senior clinicians.
